Our goal for Diplomats Park was to develop a modern city house with a formal vocabulary of unobtrusive elegance.

Diplomatenpark - Representative Mansions in Extraordinary Locations
The twelve city houses in the Diplomats Park, in the vicinity of Tiergarten Park and Potsdamer Platz, are strung out like pearls along the project street from Landwehr Canal to Tiergarten Park. All city mansions are composed of a four-storey body with a penthouse and a basement. Every property includes its own underground parking. Diamona & Harnisch is bringing four of the twelve properties to market. In part, the development pattern has buildings set off against each other on both sides of the street, thereby allowing long views into the gardens in most cases.
City mansion no. 2 is characterised by a modern and clear architectural vocabulary. The minimalist body of the mansion is structured in a perplexing manner by asymmetrically placed loggias. A generously dimensioned entrance hall leads the way to the core of the building with lift and stairwell, which allow barrier-free access to all flats. The flats are equipped with open fireplaces and their configuration follows a north-south pattern. The spacious loggias overlook the project street to the west and the garden to the east. In the attic, there is a large penthouse flat with a roof deck all-round and an additional leisure space with a pool.
What makes Building 5 unique is the position of the stairwell, right at the heart of the building. This allows walking across ones own flat while enjoying views in all four directions. In the standard storeys, four space units of sixty to seventy square metres are set in a windmill-style configuration around the stairwell core.
The timeless and distinctive character of Building no. 7, named Casa del Sole, is due to its architectural references to Berlins tradition and Italian Modern Architecture. The street front preserves an understated, elegant appearance. The spacious living-rooms, bays, and balconies all face due south, relishing the sun.
Building no. 10 overlooks the garden to the south-east where it exhibits full glazing by way of a loggia of generous dimensions. In summer, the loggia protects from excessive heat. in winter the floor-to-ceiling window elements allow the low sun in as a source of stimulating light.
The implementation actually carried out based on the design proposals, planning documents, 3-D visuals presented of the buildings in this brochure may differ from these latter in terms of what is found in reality, including the design and the surface area.
Presented materials, brands, and pieces of equipment are illustrative design proposals only and may vary as needed. Upgrades of implements and equipments are of course possible and will then give rise to an additional charge.
